When the pain gets overwhelming, or you find you have no hope after a significant death in your life- I am here for you. My program is tailored to each person. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, I have many healing modalities in my toolbox to help you navigate the complex path of grief.
Intro to Healing Journey:
I will assess where you are in your journey. I will WITNESS and be a heart with ears as you tell me your story. I will give suggestions to help guide you with your current issues. You will be given journal prompts and resources. One hour is $77.
Coaching Sampler
We will dive deeper into the areas of grief that need to be addressed at the point you are at—Guilt, Anger, Secondary losses, Trauma... Working on connecting you to your loved one. You will be given journal prompts and resources. One hour 4 sessions $.199.
SIgnature Program
We will work together to get you through the pain. Starting where you are. Having your pain witnessed, expressing your feelings with no judgment, releasing the burden of guilt, secondary losses, old wounds & trauma that come up, dealing with family, setting boundaries, integrating pain into love, and establish a connection to your loved one. 12 weeks 60 to 90 minute sessions, additional support if needed. $599.
The Grief Recovery Method: 7 Week Coaching Program
Grief is the normal and natural response to change or loss of any kind: death, divorce, moving, financial changes, health changes, or a dysfunctional parent. Grief is also the result of unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations and the loss of tangible concepts such as safety, trust, security, respect, faith, and hope.
The GRM works with unresolved grief. Our society is grief illiterate. We are taught to just push down these emotions. What happens is we get sick, depressed, or just unhappy with life until some of this gets resolved.
The GRM is a step-by-step process to unlock our grief, whether it is immediate or has been holding us captive for years. It is action-based and helps us uncover some issues that can be holding us back. Grief is almost about undelivered emotional communications. This process allows us to let go of the pain. This is the first evidence-based program for loss of any kind to be effective.
